These terms cover the Shine Sports app and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.
A test version
Shine Sports is a free test. It's provided as is, it can change or stop at any time, and it can be wrong. Scores, schedules and TV listings come from other sources and can be late or wrong.
Other people's names and logos
Team, league, school, conference, network and player names, logos and photos belong to their owners. Shine Sports isn't affiliated with them and doesn't claim them. They're shown only to identify games, teams and people.
Our work
Shine Sports owns its own design: the sky, the board layout, the motion, the WOW presentation and the code. All rights reserved.
You can use the app for yourself. You can't copy, scrape or reverse-engineer the app or its servers, or reuse its design in another product.
What you send us
Feedback and pictures you send may be used to improve the app. Send only what you have the right to share. We may remove anything. Links you share from the app work for 90 days, and then the picture and text are deleted.
Removal requests
If something here belongs to you and you want it removed, email legal@shinesports.app. Tell us what it is and where you saw it, and we'll remove it.
